Yury Demidovich
*1996, Belarus

Yury Demidovich was born in 1996 in Minsk. He graduated from the faculty of Choral Conducting of the Republican Gymnasium-College of the Belarusian State Academy of Music (professor Larisa Shimanovich). While studying in college, he performed as a solo singer in various countries of the world, such as Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland and others.
Since 2015, he has studied at the Moscow State Conservatory by P. I. Tchaikovsky - at the department of choral conducting (professor Stanislav Kalinin), the department of solo singing (professor Alexei Martynov) and studied composition with professor Valery Kikta. At the end of his fourth year, transferred to the department of Opera and Symphony Conducting from which he graduated in 2021.
After graduating from the conservatory he entered postgraduate studies of Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (professor Anatoly Levin). During his studies, he was an assistant in the performances of La bohème, La traviata, Eugene Onegin. In 2021, he became the conductor-producer of the opera Aleko by Rachmaninoff. From September 2021 Yury has started to work in Moscow State Conservatory by P. I. Tchaikovsky as a teacher of class of musical theater and conductor of the Opera Theater of the Moscow Conservatory.
He won a special prize at the Rachmaninov International Competition for Pianists, Composers and Conductors. In 2022 Yury was invited for an internship at the Mariinsky Theatre. He conducted the Concert Symphony Orchestra of Moscow Conservatory, Orchestra of Students of Moscow Conservatory, Yaroslavl Academic Governor's Symphony Orchestra, Tyumen Philharmonic Orchestra, Rostov Academic Symphony Orchestra, State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia, Mariinsky Symphony Orchestra.
